The Beginning

Once a potential customer shows interest in using our website services, we look to get information that will help us understand your needs a little better. For this we have designed an Functional Design "FD" document for the customer to provide us as many details as possible.

Based on this, eCom Sites will prepare a Design Specific Document" DSD". The DSD is prepared after we gain some insight into your needs and this will contain all basics that you desire for your website, sometimes our web design team may make additional recommendations, along with detailed timelines, pricing for all the components and modules, payment schedule, and other points pertaining to your website.

Most web developers will ask for a fee before creating a look-and-feel concept, but we believe that most people are generally truthful in their quest and must see the graphical representation of their website as we have visualized before paying for anything. This "Concept Draft" is an image of your future website and will open up possibilities in your mind. You may make changes to positions, colors, etc. The DSD and the website Concept Draft will help you make an informed decision. If you decide to take your business elsewhere and use our layout concept, we ask that you pay for our efforts in concept design.
